Google Maps
Open Google Maps → profile picture → Settings → Personal content → Export Timeline data → Save to Files.
Phone Settings
Open device Settings → Location → Location services → Timeline → Export Timeline data → save the JSON.
Timeline Visualize
Tap Choose location-history.json. The file is parsed and rendered locally; it is never uploaded to us.
