These terms govern your use of Timeline Visualize. By using the App, you agree to them.

Purpose

The App lets you process a location-history export you lawfully control and create a visual route or video. You are responsible for the files you select and for respecting the privacy of anyone whose location may appear in them.

Not affiliated with Google

Timeline Visualize is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google LLC. Google, Google Maps, and related marks belong to their respective owner.

Free and Full access

The free tier currently supports any journey inside the latest 90 days of the imported file, 720p export, and a watermark. “Full” is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks every older date, 1080p export, and watermark removal for the store account that purchased it. Regional prices and taxes are displayed by the store before payment. Use Restore Purchase in the App to recover eligible purchases.

Store terms and refunds

Apple or Google processes purchases and refunds under its own terms. We cannot access your payment-card details or independently issue store refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to violate law, infringe rights, stalk or harass a person, or disclose another person’s sensitive location information without authority.

Third-party services

CARTO/OpenStreetMap provides basemap content and RevenueCat provides purchase infrastructure. Their services and terms may affect relevant features.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Location exports may contain gaps, inaccuracies, or outliers. The App is not intended for navigation, emergency response, legal evidence, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barbarda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the App. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
